Los tres exBulli, Nino Redruello, Patxi Zumárraga y Jaime Santianes, presentan el proyecto de “una cocina con fondo camuflada de buen rollo y amabilidad”, una cocina de inspiración nórdica pensada  para compartir y disfrutar.

Nino Redruello y Patxi Zumárraga agitaron Madrid en 2016 con un restaurante que la capital no conocía. Fismuler ha atraído al público con su estética de derribo, con técnicas de alta cocina escondidas tras una aparente sencillez; con sabor.

Después de haberse establecido en la capital española como un lugar donde divertirse y comer sano y rico, Fismuler llega ahora a Barcelona de la mano de Hotel Rec con los mismos principios y una carta cambiante que se nutre del producto diario.

Respeto y honestidad, sencillez y diversión, sostenibilidad y democratización. Esencia Fismuler.

Además de una cocina sin carta prefijada, cambiando la propuesta a diario para reivindicar el producto en cada servicio, loarlo, y tratarlo con respeto y sencillez. La filosofía se conclude en una carta breve, dinámica y cambiante por concepto, que da como el resultado una oferta de sabor para compartir sin repetir.

Fismuler opens in Barcelona

The three exBulli, Nino Redruello, Patxi Zumárraga and Jaime Santianes, present the project of “a deep kitchen camouflaged of good vibes and kindness”, a Nordic-inspired kitchen designed to share and enjoy.

Nino Redruello and Patxi Zumárraga shaked Madrid in 2016 with a restaurant that the capital had not known before. Fismuler attracted the public with its demolition esthetics, using haute cuisine techniques hidden behind an apparent simplicity; a kitchen with flavour.

After having settled in the Spanish capital as a place where to have fun and eat healthy and rich, Fismuler now arrives in Barcelona to the Hotel Rec bringing the same principles and a changing menu that is based on the daily product.
